Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Void where prohibited by law.

• Employees, officers, and representatives of Wheelchair Getaways, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/marketing agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

• Submit a reservation request through the Wheelchair Getaways website during the month of September 2025.

• One entry per person per email address.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.

• Reservation requests must be made three (3) or more days in advance of the intended rental. Note: not all locations support reservations. Reservations display pricing when you do a search.

• Quotes submitted through the Wheelchair Getaways website do not qualify as entries, which are defined by no pricing displayed during a location search.

• Participants may cancel their reservation request at any time without affecting eligibility.

Entry Period

• Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on September 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on September 30, 2025.

• Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a $250 Visa® Gift Card, delivered electronically to the email address provided in the reservation request.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250.

• No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on October 1, 2025.

• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1 in 60.

• Winner will be notified via the email address submitted with the reservation request.

• If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days of notification, or if eligibility requirements are not met, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions

• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Wheelchair Getaways, Accessible Vans of America, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/marketing agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries, emails, or prize notifications; or for technical errors, unauthorized human intervention, or malfunctions of any kind.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

Governing Law

• Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan (where Wheelchair Getaways is headquartered), without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
